Before you write
Two pages answer most questions on their own. The about page sets out where the data comes from, how often it refreshes and how the build checks catch mistakes. The nutrition facts chart lists every ingredient with all ten nutrients, which is usually faster than asking us for one number. If you want to see how a change affects a whole order, build it in the nutrition calculator and use the share link so we can both look at the same thing.

What should I include when reporting an error?
The page address, the ingredient or build name, the value you saw here, and the value Chipotle shows. A screenshot or a link to the official calculator makes it quicker. We check every report against the published source before changing the data file, then rerun the build checks so the fix cannot break another page.
How long does a correction take?
Error reports are read within a day or two and usually fixed in the same week. Because every page is generated from one ingredient file, a single correction updates the calculator, the tables, the FAQ figures, the structured data and the PDF at once.
Can you add an item that is missing?
If Chipotle publishes nutrition for it, yes. All 122 items on the site come from Chipotle's own published data. Regional and limited time items get added once we can confirm the official values. We do not add items based on estimates copied from other websites.
Do you answer questions about my diet?
We can explain what a number on the site means, where it comes from and how the calculator arrived at a total. We cannot give medical or dietary advice. For that, speak to a registered dietitian or your doctor, and confirm allergens with the restaurant before ordering.
Can I use your data or embed the calculator?
The underlying nutrition values belong to Chipotle and are public. You are welcome to link to any page on this site. Please do not copy the tables, written sections or calculator wholesale. Ask first and we will usually say yes with attribution.
Do you take advertising or sponsorship enquiries?
Yes, use the form and pick the Business topic. Advertising never changes what a nutrition number says, and we do not accept payment to present an item more favourably than the data does.
